Nedap develops cutting-edge solutions for physical access control, helping organisations protect people, property, and processes. As we shift towards SaaS-based offerings and cloud-native platforms, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can set the vision and lead the global marketing transformation of Nedap in Security.
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the brand and positioning of Nedap Security as we evolve from a traditional access control provider to a software-driven security solutions company. Together with your team, you will translate our strategic ambitions into clear positioning, creative campaigns and effective demand generation programs that strengthen our reputation and support sustainable growth.
Equally important is building a strong team. You create an environment where people can grow, collaborate and take ownership. By developing both the team and the marketing function, you help ensure that marketing makes a real contribution to Nedap’s long-term success.
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding a team of marketers while shaping how we connect with our global audiences. Collaboration will be central to your success: you’ll work closely with colleagues from Product, Sales and Customer Success to build a shared, story-driven approach to marketing.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function during a pivotal growth phase, building the playbook for how a European Digital Twin Tech company scales a SaaS business in a traditionally hardware-driven industry founded on on-premises infrastructure.
Our marketing organisation uses modern tools to support data-driven decision-making and transparent commercial impact. HubSpot is our core CRM platform, enabling structured lifecycle management, marketing automation and clear insight into marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline.
Your responsibilities
You will lead a small, international team of marketing professionals, focused on brand and demand generation, translating Nedap’s strategic ambitions into clear, consistent brand and market actions.
You will create direction and rhythm for the team while ensuring that all marketing activities contribute to a strong and coherent brand presence. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with colleagues from Product, Sales, Customer Success and leadership to align priorities and create impact together. As part of the Commercial Leadership Team, you help shape the broader commercial strategy and strengthen a culture of shared ownership and growth.
As a Head of Marketing at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our mission: helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives.
In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder. At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
We also place great importance on both personal and professional growth. You’ll receive a thorough introduction and are encouraged to keep developing yourself throughout your career.
You are an experienced SaaS marketing leader with a deep understanding of how to position and scale software-driven businesses in complex B2B markets. You combine strategic clarity with the ability to connect people, foster collaboration and inspire teams.
Your profile includes:
Nedap is a leader in Digital Twin solutions, bridging the physical and digital worlds in Healthcare, Retail, Security, and Livestock. Our technology stack—built on IoT, RFID, Vision, and SaaS—provides real-time insights to optimize operations, manage risks, and drive data-driven decisions. In short, Nedap’s Digital Twin Technology empowers businesses to unlock their full potential.
