About the Job

As Product Leader, you are responsible for both the direction and execution of our product, technology and AI evolution. You lead our integrated Product team (2 FTE) & Engineering team (8 FTE), overseeing Product, Design, and Engineering, and ensuring these disciplines operate as one aligned system.

Your mission is clear: make our product simpler, more scalable and increasingly AI-driven, ready for the next phase of growth.

You don’t do this by adding more features. You do this by removing complexity, enforcing standards, and making clear product decisions.

You build one clear, scalable way of working across customers, reducing variation and increasing trust in the product.

At the same time, you drive the next evolution of our platform: from workflow automation → to AI-driven compliance.

This means you:

• Define what we stop building, not just what we build
• Reduce product and process complexity across the board
• Create one standard flow that works for the majority of customers
• Lead and align Product, Engineering, and Design into one high-performing team
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across the full development lifecycle
• Bring structure to integrations without increasing fragmentation
• Translate compliance workflows into simple, repeatable logic
• Drive the development and application of AI within our product, making sure it adds real value and scalability

You are not here to manage a roadmap. You are here to simplify it, align teams around it and evolve it with AI at the core.

About you

You are a product leader who combines ownership, clarity, and execution.

You have experience leading product and engineering teams and know how to create alignment without adding unnecessary process or hierarchy.

You are comfortable operating in a messy, fast-moving environment and know how to bring structure where it matters most.

You don’t aim to please everyone. You make decisions, create clarity, and move forward, even when that means saying no. You understand that building a scalable product requires discipline:

• limiting variation
• enforcing standards
• making trade-offs explicit

At the same time, you are forward-looking: You lead our move into AI-driven compliance, spotting opportunities early, setting direction, and turning AI into a fundamental part of how our product works and scales.

You are hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on impact.

You bring:

• Experience leading a Product team in a SaaS or platform environment
• 5–8 years of experience in product, preferably in a scale-up (Series A–C or similar)
• A strong product + operations mindset
• Experience simplifying complex products, processes, or systems
• Experience working with integrations, workflows, or operational tooling
• Affinity with or experience in applying AI within products

Most importantly:

• You bring clarity in complex situations and make well-considered product decisions
• You have a track record of simplifying products or processes to make them scalable
• You lead and inspire teams, creating alignment and energy around a clear direction
• You take ownership of both product direction and delivery
