We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Accessories Design Intern to join our Women’s Bags & Small Leather Goods (SLG) team. This is a hands-on opportunity to support the design and development of seasonal collections while gaining insight into the full creative process within a global fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design team in developing women’s bags and SLG across seasonal collections
  • Assist with research and concept development, including mood boards, trend analysis, and material exploration
  • Create technical drawings and update design files (Adobe Illustrator required)
  • Help prepare design presentations and internal reviews
  • Assist in sourcing materials, trims, and hardware
  • Support sample development and follow up with suppliers
  • Organize and maintain the design archive and sample library

Profile

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion or accessories design program
  • Strong interest in handbags and small leather goods
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Good eye for detail, materials, and color
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
