Join Lepaya!

Our product at Lepaya is an impactful blended learning journey that combines a digital platform with a world-class curriculum and a global network of trainers. As a Product Lead, you aren't just shipping features; you are the architect of a complex ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on Product Leader who is eager to make an impact.

You take a strategic approach to problem-solving, identifying the most effective path to impact. This means determining when a problem is best solved through software and AI-driven automation, when it requires operational process optimization, or when it needs a human touch. You will oversee this balance to ensure our investments drive maximum scalability for Lepaya and measurable growth for our customers.

You will navigate a complex stakeholder landscape. While our primary buyers are in HR, the product's true impact is felt by learners and their managers across the business. Success in this role requires the ability to synthesize these diverse perspectives into a unified product vision that delivers value across the entire enterprise.

Your first-year achievements

  • The "Value" Translation: You will have audited our client feedback loops and successfully translated those insights into concrete improvements across the product in our portal, curriculum and trainer experience.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: You will have built a reputation as a reliable partner for our commercial and IT teams, managing complex requirements with clarity.

  • Actionable Roadmap: You will have created a transparent, prioritized plan that shows exactly how we are moving from our current state to the next level of our product vision - and again, but laser-clear on what we solve through software, vs. through content, vs. through process (e.g. how we interact with our trainers, or contextualize of our content). Push on project alignments and take them out of the paper, and make it happen.

  • Measurable Client Success: You’ll be able to demonstrate through execution and feedback how your deep dives led to better outcomes for our clients in all aspects of our product.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of Product Manager experience with at least 2 years of leading experience. A proven track record in building strong B2B products.

  • You have experience leading and scaling teams. You are a "player-coach" who cares about the growth of your people (PMs, Designers, Educators) but stays close to the practicalities of the work.

  • Experience in the EdTech/Upskilling sector is a plus, but we prioritize candidates from organizations known for a high drive for success, quality, and impact.

  • You are curious. You don't just look at surface-level data; you dive into the "why" to understand how our products create value for the client.

  • You have a sharp mind for business. You can identify what customers need and translate those needs into clear, high-impact product requirements.

  • Proven experience navigating complex companies with various stakeholders (IT, Commercial, Content). You know how to build trust and drive alignment across different departments.

  • You are eager to build. You have a keen eye for detail and a focus on practical execution rather than just high-level theory. But again - building is not just software, it is building the product which contains software, but also content, processes, trainers, etc.

  • You take full responsibility for the product from the client’s perspective. You can explain your impact through the lens of client feedback and successful execution.
