ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll be accountable for our overall TUI brand strategy and the look and feel of our brand, ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints.
  • Working alongside the Brand & Content Leadership Team, you'll help develop our strategy, portfolio of products and brands to maximise brand equity through initiatives like brand architecture and go-to-market strategy.
  • We need you to deliver cohesive and compelling branding solutions across key interactions including advertising, websites, apps, retail, uniforms, aircraft, cruise ships, airports, hotels and in-resort experiences.
  • Leading the Global Brand Forum and Brand Market & Asset Board, you'll bring together brand leads from our source markets, hotel brands and experience business to discuss and align strategies whilst developing and enforcing brand guidelines.
  • Using research where necessary, you'll craft and bring to life compelling brand stories for target customer segments through industry-leading design and creative, always putting yourself in our customers' shoes.
  • You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and agencies, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives across and beyond the business.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel brand strategies and identity, ideally within global organisations or multi-brand environments. Travel industry experience would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to convey creative concepts in a way that inspires stakeholders, with a passion for storytelling and connecting to audiences.
  • You possess a strong sense of design and copy sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction down to small details, with an eye for exceptional creative, copy and visual design.
  • As a strategic and commercial thinker, you can assess and quantify the short and long-term impacts of changes, manage ambiguity, and evaluate options to meet business expectations.
  • You're an engaging communicator who can quickly gain rapport and credibility with a diverse set of international stakeholders, building a network at all levels of seniority up to board level.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language abilities in German, French or Dutch being desirable but not essential.
