The Role

The Assistant Brand Manager – Brand Engagement, New Platforms plays a key role in supporting how Hellmann’s shows up across emerging platforms, innovations and global brand initiatives.

With a strong focus on younger audiences, including Gen Z, this role supports how the brand connects with consumers through social platforms, creators, communities and cultural moments. You will help bring brand strategy to life through a socialfirst, platformappropriate approach, contributing to content and ideas that are engaging, relevant and designed to travel across markets.

Working closely with global teams, agencies and local markets, you will support the development of scalable, modular content systems that balance global consistency with local relevance.

Key Responsibilities

New Platforms & innovations

  • Support the development and activation of new platforms and global innovations, translating brand strategy into socialfirst ideas

  • Identify opportunities for Hellmann’s to engage with consumers across social platforms and cultural spaces

  • Contribute to learning, experimentation and the scaling of best practices across global and priority markets

SocialFirst Brand Engagement

  • Support a socialfirst mindset across brand engagement activities

  • Help deliver content across:

Brandled storytelling

  • Ensuring clear and consistent brand expression

Creator and communityled storytelling

  • Supporting authenticity and cultural relevance

  • Contribute to ensuring Hellmann’s remains relevant, engaging and appealing to younger audiences

Modular Asset Creation & Scaling

  • Support the creation of modular asset systems that can be adapted across platforms, formats and markets

  • Contribute to content that enables speed, scale and effectiveness across markets

  • Work with agencies and creators to ensure assets are fit for platform and ready for market use

CrossFunctional & Market Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Brand Engagement, Portfolio, Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) and Data & Media teams

  • Work with key markets to support execution, adaptation and local activation

What Success Looks Like

  • Effective socialfirst activation of new platforms and global innovations

  • Modular assets successfully adopted and used by key markets

  • Increased impact of creator and communityled content

  • Strong engagement and participation from younger audiences

  • A clear contribution to building a modern, relevant and desiredriving global brand

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in brand communications, social media or brand engagement

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends and creator culture

  • Experience working with creators or influencers

  • Familiarity with modular content creation and scalable asset systems

  • Comfortable working in a crossfunctional, global environment

  • Curious, proactive and motivated by learning, experimentation and innovation
