Als Head of Strategic Yield help je TUI Group bij de transformatie naar een wereldwijd gecureerde leisure marketplace. Je staat aan de frontlinie van het vormgeven van TUI’s wereldwijde pricing- en tradingstrategie om groei te realiseren in een markt met beperkte beschikbaarheid van vluchtstoelen en hotelbedden. Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële teams in de bronmarkten en met Global Purchasing om TUI’s risk assets binnen airline en hotels optimaal te benutten, terwijl je dynamisch ingekochte groeikansen maximaliseert.
Deze rol valt binnen Yield Optimisation, Data, AI & Analytics and Optimisation, Commercial Sales & Personalisation en rapporteert aan de Head of Yield Optimisation and Personalisation.
Je leidt een internationaal team en werkt in nauwe samenwerking met yield- en pricingteams binnen de TUI Marketplace om de revenue-optimalisatie binnen de groep te verbeteren.

About the job
- You'll lead global test and learn initiatives in our markets to help solve crucial strategic trading challenges such as driving an earlier booking curve to reduce risk and increase margins.
- Drive yield and pricing best practice across our Marketplace by ensuring successful strategies in one market are tailored and rolled out across the group.
- Working closely with the Head of Yield Optimisation and Personalisation, you'll develop and implement innovative strategies across key areas such as ancillary yield, dynamic trading, initial pricing, TUI airline optimisation, and in-season trading.
- Manage a team of 3 analysts responsible for global price and yield optimisation while influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial teams in multiple markets.
- Design and execute global test and learn initiatives to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and translate analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Work with market commercial teams, data science teams, IT, and finance to implement optimisation initiatives and quantify their impact.
About you
- You have proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy or yield optimisation, preferably within travel, hospitality or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial improvements through pricing and yield initiatives.
- Experience with designing and implementing test and learn methodologies to identify new revenue opportunities across global markets.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing analytical teams while demonstrating influence at senior levels.
- Advanced knowledge of pricing theory, revenue management principles and yield optimisation techniques to make data-driven decisions that balance volume and margin objectives.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including understanding of statistical methods and their application to commercial decision making.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial for collaboration across international teams.
