FrieslandCampina's Planning & Logistics organization is in the middle of a global transformation. We're rolling out Our Way of Working (OWOW) across supply planners, demand planners, warehouse and logistics teams in every corner of the world.

As Planning & Logistics Excellence Manager, you are the one who makes that transformation land. You coach operational teams on-site, help them build new ways of working, and guide them through the stakeholder conversations they need to have to make it stick. You combine deep supply chain knowledge with CI expertise and an ability to get buy-in in complex organizations.

You know supply chains from the inside. You understand what a demand planner or warehouse team needs to take the next step, and you know how to coach them there. You're comfortable in the field, and you know how to keep moving forward when organizational dynamics are slower than you'd like. You stay persistent without losing momentum, and you're grounded enough in CI methodology to bring lean thinking to life in practice.

Your profile includes:

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, warehousing, transportation, or a broader supply chain role within an international organization;
• hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong plus;
• a natural coach: you help teams understand what they need and how to get there, both in content and in how they work together;
• strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in complex global matrix organizations; you influence without authority and get things aligned;
• understanding of performance management, KPI setting, and follow-up processes;
• comfortable being on-site and travelling to operational locations in Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia;
• fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.

As Planning & Logistics Excellence Manager, you are part of a growing team responsible for deploying the OWOW framework across FrieslandCampina's global Planning & Logistics organization. That means supply planners, demand planners, warehouse and logistics teams across seven business groups worldwide.

You will:

• lead OWOW deployments at operational teams on their own sites: from loss & waste analysis through the intensive deployment phase to ongoing coaching;
• coach teams and their managers on how to work together more effectively, and how to have the right conversations with their stakeholders;
• develop and continuously improve the OWOW standards together with the broader supply chain organization, grounding them in lean principles;
• manage stakeholder alignment in a complex global matrix: you help everyone move in the same direction, even when it's slow;
• accept that alignment in a global matrix takes time; you stay persistent without losing momentum when progress is slower than you'd like;
• travel to operational locations in Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia; for our Asian teams, we are exploring the option of a team member based in the region (e.g. Singapore);
• collaborate with external coaching partner CCI to align on delivery, quality, and approach across global rollouts;
• contribute to building the Planning & Logistics Communities of Practice, driving best-practice sharing across the organization.

You will report to the Manager Planning & Logistics Excellence and work closely with Customer Supply Chain teams, senior stakeholders across the business groups, and external partners.

Ons team

You will join the Planning & Logistics Excellence team, part of the Global Operational Excellence & Digital Team within FrieslandCampina. The team is currently scaling up to a final size of five, with project managers each driving OWOW deployments across different parts of the Planning & Logistics organization.

You'll be based at our headquarters in Amersfoort, working with multidisciplinary teams to make a real difference in the lives of millions of people by providing the very best nutrition.
