Logistics Coordinator

Bdairy is a fast-growing dairy trading company operating internationally. We combine commercial sharpness with strong execution to serve our partners worldwide, and logistics plays a direct role in this. As a Logistics Coordinator, you make sure containers move on time, at the right cost, to destinations across the globe.

You plan and coordinate international sea freight shipments for export outside the EU, from booking through to delivery. You work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to keep things moving. You’ll grow into managing costs, building supplier relationships, and spotting opportunities to improve how we work. You will focus on:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with forwarders, hauliers, warehouses, and authorities.
• Plan and book sea freight export shipments (FCL/LCL) to destinations outside the EU
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, hauliers, and warehouses
• Handle export documentation
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Support rate negotiations and compare freight quotes
• Signal recurring issues and contribute to structural improvements
• Work closely with commercial and operations colleagues to align on planning

Do you have the right ingredients?

We are a fast-paced company, and we’re looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and a hands-on attitude. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you do need to take initiative, communicate clearly, and be eager to develop. You:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Bring 2+ years of experience in international logistics or export operations
• Have experience working with ERP systems
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (French, Italian, Spanish e.g.)
• Hold a valid Category B driving license
