What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our coworking and membership spaces and keep the floor running smoothly.
  • Coach, schedule and motivate your team and build a strong culture of ownership and service.
  • Create genuine relationships with members through daily presence, check-ins and smart follow-up.
  • Host tours and guide prospects towards the right membership solution.
  • Drive coworking revenue, occupancy and renewals across Lifestyle, Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships.
  • Spot upsell opportunities and help shape attractive membership offers.
  • Support and co-create events and networking moments with local teams and the Support Hub.
  • Track KPIs, manage costs and continuously improve the member journey.

What You’ll Have

  • You bring at least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces.
  • You have a strong background in customer-facing account management and retention.
  • You are a natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
  • You bring a hands-on, solutions-first mindset and a genuine passion for people and service.
  • You are organised, resilient and comfortable juggling priorities in a lively environment.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
