Within Royal IHC we provide young IHC employees the opportunity to get to know the organization and meet other young employees. This platform is called Young IHC and is available for every employee younger than 35 years old and with a Bachelor or Academic degree or job function. This platform is also available for interns, graduates and temporary employees with the intention to a permanent employment.

Based on your CV and motivation, we may invite you for a first interview. This interview will be with an HR officer and the manager or supervisor of the department concerned. In this interview, we will tell you more about our organization, the department concerned and the role you applied for. But of course, the focus will be on you and we are interested to hear your story: your background, your experience and motivation. We will also give you ample opportunity to ask questions, which we absolutely welcome!
Should the first interview be a positive experience for both parties, you will be invited for a second interview that will also be attended by someone working in the department concerned. This potential future colleague can tell you more about the work and atmosphere in that department. This will also provide you with a clear picture of the colleagues and environment in which you may soon be working. During this second interview, we will also focus in more depth on your profile to assess whether there is a match. At the same time, you will be given the opportunity to ask any further questions which may have arisen after the first interview. The employment conditions are also often discussed during this interview. However, this can also take place in an additional interview.
