Learning & Development Intern

We are looking for an L&D superstar to join our team in our HQ in Amsterdam from the 1st of September 2024 and become part of a badass team that supports our team members in their journey to reach their full potential!

As an L&D Intern, you will be part of the L&D team whose mission is to support the growth and development of all TSH employees. We are working on exciting projects where your excellent organisational skills and a pro-active attitude can help drive them forward. One of your main tasks will be supporting our L&D team in the organization of our onboarding program.

Offering a community driven, socially inspired hotel concept with student accommodation, as well as long and short hotel-stay options, eat & drink, gym and rooftop bar facilities and coworking for every demographic, the company’s success is unprecedented. With 16 hotels in 6 countries and plans to open at least 3 more locations each year until 2026, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play. What You’ll Do

• Organise the onboarding training program from A to Z like a superstar! From arranging the dates, inviting speakers, sending invitations, managing the registration process, etc.
• Look after the digital onboarding journey of new starters
• Maintaining the onboarding training records and survey data
• Provide an outstanding support for our L&D team in the current projects as needed

Who You Are

• Student – you MUST be enrolled in University
• Person with a curious mind
• A tech-savvy who picks up new systems with ease
• Super organized and with an eye for detail
• Interacting with people is your thing!
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good at working in a fast-paced and flexible environment
• You enjoy working independently but you’re also a great team player
• You love letting your creativity flow and you’re eager to share your ideas
