Business Expert / Solution Architect – Food & Process

Are you ready to take on the role of Business Expert Dynamics 365 for the Food & Process industry, inspiring and supporting our customers—both nationally and internationally—in their next digital transformation? As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Expert / Solution Architect Food & Process, you are part of the Solution Factory within Cegeka and act as the strategic driving force behind (international) implementations of Cegeka Business Solutions. From within the Solution Factory, you are responsible for the Food Industry Solution and play a key role in international projects at the critical intersection of translating complex customer requirements into standard functionality within the combined landscape of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and our Food Industry Solution.

• Your mission is to translate complex customer needs into a high-quality, conceptual end-to-end solution—the Solution Landscape—which forms the foundation for project success. Together with the international project team, you ensure a seamless and flawless implementation, from initial kick-off through to a successful go-live.
• In this key role, you collaborate closely within the Solution Factory with the Global Sales Director Food & Process, and on international projects with the Project Manager and Technical Architect. Your strategic insight, technical leadership, and expertise make a decisive impact on every project.
• Define the roadmap: Together with international Food industry customers, you define future standard functionality based on the latest technologies and a cross-platform mindset, including future opportunities in Agents and AI.
• Create the vision (Solution Landscape): You develop the blueprint based on an in-depth business assessment and safeguard quality and validation throughout the entire execution phase.
• Ensure success: You deliver critical deliverables and work products essential to achieving project objectives.
• Balance and lead: You balance project ambitions with available resources and provide content-driven leadership to project teams, ensuring high-quality results delivered on time and within the Food Industry Solution.
• Shape the future (pre-sales): You advise and support the entire pre-sales team, translating your vision into winning proposals.
• Coach and develop: You guide and coach multidisciplinary project teams (analysts, developers, and specialists) in solution architecture, technology, consultancy, and project management.

Wat breng jij mee?

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO or WO level).
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 in the role of Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Architect—preferably within the Food Industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously and travelling around 60%.
• Strong consultancy skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• A strong drive to actively share knowledge and support colleagues where needed.
