You will work alongside global experts who master SAP SuccessFactors and lead complex HCM transformations for major multinationals. You will be part of a large-scale HR transformation team in dynamic, global environments where innovation meets impact. You’ll be learning and applying the latest innovations at our clients, from Generative AI and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) to SmartRecruiters, J4C, WalkMe, SAP Work Zone, and smart time management solutions. Your Mission?

In this role, you will support clients across key HR functions, including Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning and Performance Management.

What You’ll Do?

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into smart SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system setup, testing, deployment, and ensuring a successful Go-Live.
• Provide post-go-live support, user training, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor in HR transformation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements, and implementation.
