Your role in our shared journey

As an In-House Sales Representative & Coordinator located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by managing customer relationships across the Benelux region whilst providing essential coordination support to our sales team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales performance through effective account management of smaller customers and ensuring seamless operational execution across seasonal ordering cycles, showroom activities, and sales events.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with small-account customers through phone, email, and digital communication tools to maintain strong business connections.
  • Execute seasonal pre-order and re-order processes in alignment with sales budgets and established timelines to drive revenue targets.
  • Coordinate showroom preparation, sample management, and sales materials to ensure the sales team has the necessary resources.
  • Support the Benelux sales team with order tracking, internal queries and discount proposals to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports and analyses for the Head of Sales to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent ASICS at trade fairs, customer meetings, and sales events to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal sales systems and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

You have the following skills:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in sales, retail, FMCG, or sporting goods environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and digital ordering platforms.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
