How will you make our customers happy?

At bol, we believe AI is the future of creative work. As our AI Engineering Intern, you’ll team up with our creative AI team to work on a project that pushes the boundaries of what AI can do—whether that’s smarter tooling, faster creative processes or something the world hasn’t seen yet.

You’ll dive into our creative tools, identify areas for innovation, and help shape the way we use AI in everyday processes. Expect a lot of freedom, responsibility and inspiration.

What will you do?

As an AI Data/Engineering Intern, you’ll join bol’s in-house creative agency: burobol. Here, you’ll gain experience as an engineer in a diverse team of producers, designers, creatives, project and event managers, and of course, fellow engineers. Burobol works on projects across the entire organisation: B2C, B2B, and internal communication.

During your internship, you will:

• Work on an AI innovation project with the creative team
• Develop or improve existing AI tools
• Collaborate with creatives and developers/engineers
• Spot opportunities to make our workflows smarter
• Explore, build and test prototypes
• Share your findings across the team

Experience with Python or web development? Even better.

What do you bring?

• You study AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
• A strong interest in applied AI in creative settings
• You love tech but speak “creative” too
• Python and prompt engineering don’t scare you
• You’re curious, hands-on and eager to explore
