Global Capex Process Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

You’ll lead the rollout of one standard way of working - ensuring every project delivers value, drives performance, and strengthens our ability to serve consumers around the world.

About the role

As our Global Capex Process Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we plan, govern, and execute capital projects across our global manufacturing network. In this role, you will help shape how capital projects are planned and delivered across that network.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the deployment of global standard processes for Capex planning, governance, and project execution.
• Drive alignment and compliance across markets, regions, and functions—from early concept through post-investment review.
• Develop, train, and embed one global Capex and project management framework.
• Partner closely with site teams, project managers, and engineers to ensure projects deliver on Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance.
• Apply industry best practices and Reckitt’s own experience to simplify processes, increase transparency, and unlock Free Cash Flow.
• Champion continuous improvement and help build strong project management capability across the organization.
• Influence stakeholders at every level in a complex, global, matrixed environment.

The experience we're looking for

• Solid experience in Capex management, engineering, or project leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, and global process standardization.
• Ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams across different levels, functions, and geographies.
• A passion for simplification, operational excellence, and delivering results.
• Strong communication and training skills, with a talent for making complex processes easy to understand and apply.
