IT Engineering Intern - Amsterdam

Bynder provides a DAM platform that helps brands manage creative content and is expanding into AI-powered content orchestration through human-led, customizable AI Agents integrated into enterprise infrastructure.

About the role

We are looking for a new IT Engineering intern to work with the Global IT Team across a wide range of IT needs. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations while also helping develop the organization’s IT landscape. You will provide ideas and solutions to create a smoother IT environment and work closely with the Head of IT and the wider IT team for knowledge sharing and guidance.

What you will do

• Help users with problems in their IT work environment, mainly macOS.
• Troubleshoot network issues, mainly Cisco.
• Configure and maintain G-suite and SSO environments.
• Assist with webinars and global meetings.
• Set up and maintain all IT equipment.
• Take part in the asset management lifecycle, including provision, maintenance, and restore.
• Simplify identity and access management infrastructure (SSO).
• Work in the Amsterdam office.

What you have

• You are enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the full duration of the internship.
• You are available for a 6-month full-time internship starting from September 2026.
• You are already based in The Netherlands.
• You are studying IT or a related field.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• You are highly motivated to help others and learn new things.
• You can work four days a week in the office, with a fifth day on request if needed.

Nice to haves

• You are a motivated, proactive, independent, and organized self-starter.
• You are service-oriented and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with G-suite, Okta, and Apple devices is a plus.
