Role Purpose

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation systems that integrate large-scale data processing, machine learning models, and agentic AI architectures. This role focuses on hands-on implementation of LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, data workflows, and MLOps practices, integrating AI capabilities into real business systems using cloud-native technologies.

This role also requires strong client-facing communication skills and experience working directly with clients to understand business needs, present solutions, and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows
• Build and deploy LLM-based agents and agentic systems
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models
• Integrate AI solutions with business systems and APIs
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring
• Work with Big Data tools and cloud data platforms
• Deploy AI systems using AWS services
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client teams
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and client stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, or data-driven systems
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based AI systems
• Experience with Big Data tools or data processing frameworks
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Experience with automation platforms or workflow orchestration tools
• Experience working directly with clients or in customer-facing environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
