Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager Commodity Propositions, you will play a central role in creating propositions that help customers better understand, manage, and reduce their energy consumption. You will work on products that make a real difference for both customers and society, while collaborating with talented colleagues across product, engineering, design, data, and commercial teams. What you’ll do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Eneco’s commodity proposition portfolio.
• Lead the development and scaling of propositions such as Eneco VoordeelMomenten and Happy Power.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to align product direction with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities and gaps within the proposition portfolio and build business cases for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with pricing, legal, marketing, and sales teams to successfully launch and optimise propositions.
• Drive product decisions through customer insights, data, and measurable outcomes.

• Defining and executing the product strategy for commodity propositions.
• Managing and prioritising the product roadmap based on customer value and business impact.
• Incubating new propositions that support customer satisfaction, sustainability goals, and commercial success.
• Leading proposition discovery, validation, and scaling initiatives.
• Ensuring alignment between product, technology, and commercial objectives.
• Monitoring proposition performance and using insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Contributing to the long-term evolution of Eneco’s proposition portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for

You are an experienced product leader who enjoys working in a technical environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are comfortable balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical considerations while creating products that deliver measurable value.

• You have 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product, platform, or portfolio at senior level.
• You have experience working with OKRs and making data-driven decisions.
• You have hands-on experience working within agile engineering teams and owning product strategy, roadmaps, and execution.
• You have successfully scaled products from an early stage to maturity.
• You can provide product leadership in close partnership with Engineering Managers and technical teams.
• You are comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments and navigating ambiguity.
• You have experience launching propositions in collaboration with commercial, pricing, legal, marketing, or sales teams.

You will join the Commodity Propositions team within Eneco’s Product & Design organisation. This community brings together product managers, researchers, designers, engineers, analysts, and data professionals who work on digital products and services that help customers make smarter energy decisions.

You will report to the Group Product Manager B2C Propositions and work in a multidisciplinary product squad where collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement are highly valued. Together, you will develop innovative solutions that support customers while contributing to Eneco’s ambition to lead the energy transition.
