Your new team

As Business Analyst People Insights, Risk & Compliance, you'll join our HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience team.

Key focus areas of your role

In this role, you'll translate HR data into valuable insights while helping improve processes, technology and decision-making across the organization. Working closely with HR, Technology and business stakeholders, you'll ensure reliable reporting, strong data governance and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and workforce analytics that support strategic decision-making.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Improve HR data quality, governance and reporting standards across systems.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize HR processes through analytics and automation.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of new HR technologies and digital solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders on change management activities to drive successful adoption.
• Define, monitor and report on HR KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement through data insights.

The ingredients you bring

Everyone brings their own unique flavour. We believe this role comes to life when you bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in HR Technology, HR Analytics or People Insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex HR data into clear business insights.
• Experience working with BI and reporting tools (Power BI/DAX is a plus).
• Knowledge of HR data governance, risk management or compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
