Internship: Partner Program Operations

Philips is looking for an intern to join the Partner Operations and Export team, which drives several initiatives to build and improve the channel partner landscape and capabilities.

The team works with several tools, including a proprietary Contract and Partner Management Tool, analytics tools, a selected Learning Management System, and Excel-based reports. These tools are based on data management processes used for management reporting, capability building, and decision-making. This internship is suited to someone interested in learning partner management processes and the value partners bring to Philips.

Job Description

Starting Date: September/October 2026

Duration: minimum 6 months (can be extended)

Type: Internship (thesis possible)

Your role:

• Supporting Partner Program management and operations with data processing and reports
• Assisting with data processing and analytics for different partner-related initiatives

You're the right fit if:

• Currently studying towards a bachelor or master’s degree in business, economics, commercial, operations, or a related field
• You have strong analytical skills, data analysis experience, and very good knowledge of Excel
• You have good attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English in writing and speaking

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
