  • Support experimentation with AI and automation in HR (e.g. reporting, analytics, process improvements)
  • Learn how AI can responsibly support HR decision-making
  • Help document and improve new tools and ways of working

  • 0–3 years of experience in data, analytics, business, IT, or a related field
  • Relevant education (e.g. HR, business analytics, economics, psychology, data-related studies)
  • Experience with Excel and/or data tools is a strong must (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.)

  • Takes ownership and follows through
