We are looking for a curious, analytical, and ambitious professional with a strong passion for data and technology, who is eager to learn and grow in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, people analytics, and AI in HR.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, asks good questions, learns fast, and wants to help shape a more data-driven and future-ready HR function. You will work closely with senior HR colleagues, Finance, and IT, gradually taking on more ownership as your expertise grows.
Your impact and responsibilities
HR Data & Analytics
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards, reports, and key people metrics
- Help analyze workforce data (e.g. headcount, attrition, compensation, engagement) and turn it into clear insights
- Learn how to translate HR questions into data and analysis
- Support data quality, consistency, and documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary review, benchmarking, and reward analyses
- Help prepare compensation data, models, and materials
- Learn job structures, grading, and pay transparency principles
- Answer basic compensation and benefits questions using data and guidelines
- Run annual Performance /salary increase process
- Support Business with Variable Compensation plans
HR Systems (HRIS)
- Support day-to-day use, reporting, and improvement of HR systems
- Assist with system testing, data checks, and process documentation
- Help identify opportunities to improve HR processes through better system use
- Act as a first point of support for HR data and reporting questions
AI & Innovation (Learning Area)
- Support experimentation with AI and automation in HR (e.g. reporting, analytics, process improvements)
- Learn how AI can responsibly support HR decision-making
- Help document and improve new tools and ways of working
Job requirements
Your profile
Experience & Education
- 0–3 years of experience in data, analytics, business, IT, or a related field
- Relevant education (e.g. HR, business analytics, economics, psychology, data-related studies)
- Experience with Excel and/or data tools is a strong must (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.)
Skills & Strengths
- Strong interest in data and analytics — you enjoy working with numbers and patterns
- Fast learner who picks up systems, concepts, and tools quickly
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with both HR and technical topics
- Able to explain data in a clear and simple way
