Junior Product Merchandiser

We are looking for a curious, analytical and commercially-minded Junior Product Merchandiser to join our Product team.

You enjoy working with data just as much as you enjoy product. You can connect numbers with consumer trends, have an eye for colour, product and storytelling, and are excited to learn how successful collections are built. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the Senior Product Merchandiser throughout the entire product creation process. You'll work closely with Design, Sales, Buying and Marketing, helping transform market insights into commercial collections.

This role is ideal for graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who want to build a career in Product Merchandising.

You will report into our Senior Product Merchandiser.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Collection Support

  • Support the Senior Product Merchandiser in building seasonal collections.
  • Help maintain assortment plans, range architecture and seasonal product overviews.
  • Prepare product and collection information for seasonal meetings.
  • Assist in pricing, category and assortment analysis.
  • Ensure product information is accurate across all merchandising tools and systems.

Data & Analysis

  • Collect, organize and analyse sales, inventory and consumer data.
  • Support weekly, monthly and seasonal performance reporting.
  • Prepare presentations and reports that help support commercial decisions.

Trend & Market Research

  • Monitor fashion, sports and consumer trends.
  • Research competitors and market developments.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Design, Sales, Marketing, Buying and Planning teams.
  • Support preparation for Go-to-Market milestones and seasonal meetings.
  • Coordinate product information and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Support ad hoc merchandising projects where needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Degree in related fields such as Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, Economics.
  • 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, retail, planning or a similar analytical role.
  • Internship experience within fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect different data sources into meaningful insights.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, product and consumer trends.
  • Good commercial awareness combined with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Comfortable working with numbers as well as creative teams.
  • Curious, eager to learn and proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
