Field Sales Manager - Netherlands

We're looking for an ambitious Field Sales Manager to lead our Netherlands Field Sales Team, grow market share, develop exceptional sales talent, and help more salons succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 12 Field Sales Representatives
• Drive new business growth and increase Treatwell's presence across the Netherlands
• Build a high-performance culture through field coaching, one-to-ones and regular feedback
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, forecasting and Salesforce performance
• Develop territory strategies that maximise prospecting, walk-ins and venue acquisition
• Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience

Requirements

About You

You'll have:

• Proven experience leading successful B2B or Field Sales teams - 2 years minimum years of people leadership experience
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• A genuine passion for new business sales and winning customers
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Experience managing KPIs, pipelines and CRM systems
• A hands-on leadership style—you enjoy being in the field with your team
• Fluency in Dutch and English
