Your responsibilities:

  • Organize trainings in TTT format according to the annual training schedule and equip other trainers with all necessary tools and materials for local training sessions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to create storyboards, oversee instructional design, manage assessments and translations, and leverage innovative learning methodologies and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Together with the L&D Operations Team, ensure that the Sales, Marketing & Business Management programs and courses in the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) are correctly set up, maintained and developed.
  • In collaboration with the L&D Operations Team, analyze learning outcomes and KPIs, provide actionable insights to improve programs, support stakeholders with reporting and recommendations, and measure training effectiveness and business impact across Europe.
  • As a Yamaha Motor Academy ambassador, promote the value of learning and Yamaha’s direction for Europe, and train, guide and support distributors as needed.

What do you bring?

  • At least higher vocational level (PTH-Automotive, or Automotive engineering supplemented with a didactical testimonial).
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, or as a retail Sales Advisor or Sales Manager, preferably in the Motorcycle, Automotive or Marine industry.
