You and your future

During this internship at Rabobank, you will work alongside the Sponsoring & Partnerships team in Utrecht. You will help organise customer experiences around some of the largest sponsorships in The Netherlands, from sports events to festivals and cultural initiatives, such as TeamNL, Team Visma-Lease a Bike and Lowlands. You will support sponsorship campaigns and contribute to delivering the best possible experience for customers and partners. You will be involved in both the preparation and execution of sponsorship activities and events.

You will gain hands-on experience within one of the largest sponsorship organisations in the Netherlands. You will build a strong professional network, develop practical event and marketing skills, and discover how sponsorship contributes to brand impact and social value. This experience will prepare you for a future career in sponsorship, marketing, communications or brand partnerships.

As Internship Sponsoring & Partnerships, you know the secrets of creating valuable experiences for customers and partners through sponsorships, events and campaigns.

You will join the Sponsoring & Partnerships team at Rabobank. The team manages national sponsorship partnerships across sports, arts and culture, including major sporting events, leading festivals and cultural initiatives. Together, the team works to maximise the impact of these partnerships for customers, communities and the Rabobank brand.

You and your talent

• HBO or university student in Communication, Sports Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous internship or relevant practical experience.
• Affinity and passion with/for sports, music, arts or culture.
• Proactive and highly motivated.
• Flexible and willing to support events during evenings or weekends when needed.
• Strong communicator, connector and eager learner.
