Are you enthusiastic about digital marketing? This is the perfect opportunity for you to get out of the books and put your digital marketing skills into practice. Join the team as a Digital Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in an international environment. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to digital marketing campaigns by working closely with experts in media, marketing automation, and branding communications.

What you will do

  • Support the Global Digital Marketing team in a broad range of strategic, tactical, and operational digital marketing activities.
  • Learn and contribute to paid media, content performance, marketing automation, and AI application pilots and projects to improve online visibility and user experience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to help with the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing content and campaign performance.
  • Be proactive and collaborate with the team to look for new opportunities and trends relevant to growth and innovation in the digital marketing space.

We are accelerating in digital, so we will not only keep our current business running but also work on various small to large projects on digital transformation, content, and analytics. The focus of the internship will, where possible, be adapted to the experience and preferences of the intern.

What we are looking for

  • You are a Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing or another related field in the Netherlands.
  • You have a basic understanding of the key concepts in digital marketing and/or media.
  • You have strong communication skills and are willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and excellent planning skills.
  • You have a passion for data analysis.
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written.
  • From August 2026 onwards you are available for at least 4 days a week, for 6 months.
  • You can work from Amersfoort at least once a week, preferably on Monday or Thursday.

What we offer

  • You will earn 1 vacation day per month based on fulltime internship.
  • Internship compensation of €500 HBO and €600 WO level on fulltime base.
  • Join the Interns community within the company and participate in activities.
  • It is possible to combine the internship with a graduation research/thesis, max. 1 day per week.

You are considered a full-fledged member of the Global Digital team. You will be given a lot of responsibility and are expected to run your projects relatively independently, mentored by the Digital Marketing team. We will involve you fully, using your input, opinions, and ideas to drive our business further. In turn, we expect your flexibility to change gears or adapt focus depending on how our organization develops.
