Your impact
As a Working Student – Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Mollie’s 7-day operations across Risk Operations and Business Support. This hybrid role gives you direct exposure to compliance and customer service, allowing you to learn fast and make a tangible difference in how safely and smoothly businesses interact with the platform.
You'll take the lead on screening reviews, website verifications, and upholding Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards. Beyond compliance, you'll provide vital weekend phone support and manage tasks related to cards and online reputation. We need someone ready to jump in, solve problems, and keep operations moving forward without missing a beat.
What you'll ship
Drive consistent, high-quality case outputs during every shift to keep operations moving.
Maintain excellent QA pass rates and resolve customer issues with speed and precision.
Hit and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets to ensure merchants are always supported.
Conduct thorough screening reviews and website verifications to uphold risk and compliance standards.
Deliver reliable weekend phone support and efficiently manage online reputation tasks.
What you'll bring
Active enrollment in a University or HBO program (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
Fluency in both English and Dutch (knowing other European languages is a bonus).
Availability and readiness to work weekend shifts.
Clear, confident communication skills driven by a customer-first mindset.
A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to own your work independently.
Availability for 10 hours per week (8 hours during the weekend and 2 hours during the week).
