At Voltico, we are looking for a Working Student | Sales & Business Development to help build the go-to software and trading platform for emission credits (EREs, successors, and international equivalents) related to electric charging.

We are a driven team accelerating the energy transition by making complex processes simple, scalable, and compliant.

Voltico combines deep expertise in e-mobility, software, and payments. From Amsterdam, we are building an international platform with strong regulatory foundations.

Our customers include logistics operators, real estate owners, retailers, and other businesses with charging infrastructure.

About the role

We are looking for a talented, hands-on, and enthusiastic working student. You'll get real responsibility and a direct impact on how Voltico is positioned in the market, working from our office in the heart of Amsterdam.

Sales & Business Development

Contribute to Voltico's commercial growth and network development. This is a hands-on and entrepreneurial role focused on business development, client contact, and lead generation, working closely with the founders and the commercial team.

  • You identify potential clients and map opportunities within our target market.

  • You (re)activate potential clients through targeted outreach and warm introductions within our network.

  • You prepare sales conversations and work closely with commercial colleagues.

Who we are looking for

  • You are in the final stage of your university Master's degree, or you recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, business administration, media, hospitality, or a comparable study)

  • Strong analytical skills, structured, results-oriented, and accurate

  • A practical mindset and the ability to switch quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Affinity with technology is a plus, such as e-mobility, charging infrastructure, solar energy, and battery storage

  • Strong communicator, hands-on, and structured

  • Experienced in using AI tools to optimize work processes

  • Experience working in a professional environment; experience within a startup or scale-up is a plus

  • Fluent Dutch and a professional level of English

  • A team player who can collaborate quickly and effectively with the team

  • Honest, energetic, and pragmatic

  • Curious, eager to learn, and with a growth mindset
