At Coty Amsterdam HQ, the Amsterdam Hub team is responsible for the full portfolio of Coty Consumer Beauty brands, including Make-up, Scenting and Body Care categories in 35 markets across Europe, working with distributors and direct to retailers for the Benelux markets.

The role

Are you a keen junior marketeer with creative flair and collaborative spirit?

Are you looking to develop your career in a dynamic regional marketing environment?

Our Coty Amsterdam Hub team is looking for an intern to support the Max Factor brand within the Consumer Beauty portfolio.

In this role, you will report to the Brand Manager and support the creation and implementation of 360 local marketing strategies to drive growth across the Export Europe markets and Benelux markets. You will also work closely with cross-functional departments such as Influencer Marketing, Merchandising, Sales and Media.

This role is a great opportunity to discover the full process of in-market product launch and many different aspects of local marketing, focusing on both long-term brand building as well as shorter-term business drivers like trade activations.

Key responsibilities

Launch Readiness & Management

  • Assist the Brand Manager with new product launches across the region.
  • Track IMP changes on an ongoing basis, update and communicate changes via monthly newsletters, and maintain Marketing Folders up to date.
  • Support the Brand Manager with initiatives forecasting, pricing analysis and samples distribution.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis reports for top countries.

Marketing Project Management

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and Influencer Marketing team to ensure flawless execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, shipment of products, and content review.
  • Support the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams in the implementation of 360 marketing campaigns across eCommerce, media, merchandising, and related areas.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and internal presentations.
  • Support assortment management, including product catalogues, distributor requests, price list updates, discontinuation follow-up, and registration processes.

Analysis and Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Proactively identify key consumer beauty trends.
  • Conduct periodic sell-in and sell-out analysis for key markets.

Miscellaneous

  • Support the Brand Manager with ad-hoc assignments.

What you’ll bring

Minimum qualification

  • Recently graduated or currently studying Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for beauty and our brands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
