As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience, learn and develop your skills within the HR team for the global functions, mainly Supply Chain, based in our head office in Amsterdam. In this role, you will have a great opportunity to acquire a solid understanding of the different processes and supporting technologies at Coty. While you report to the Senior HR Director Global Supply Chain, you will be part of the overall global HR team based in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities would be summarized around the following pillars:

Global supporting functions

  • Coordinate and support the organization of the global HR teams based in Amsterdam and in other locations, for example Barcelona.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives from one or more of the global functions, for example recruitment.
  • Build a dedicated global functions communication calendar and produce related communication activities relevant to the functions.
  • Identify creative ways of fostering engagement and collaboration in the team.

Talent management and capability development

  • Coordinate, facilitate and assist in relevant trainings for the functions.
  • Co-develop people-related trainings on the dedicated supporting functions on Coty Academy, our learning system.
  • Support digital capability development initiatives.
  • Coordinate the community of Digital Ambassadors.
  • Support people review preparation.

People analytics & data management

  • Maintain and improve monthly data dashboards and ad hoc reports and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and further harmonize data reports and dashboards.
  • Improve key data points in our Success Factors HR system.

Other

  • If and where appropriate, support other HRBP tasks, including those that benefit your understanding of the HR role and/or are part of your internship assignment.

Requirements

  • Have a rampant passion for HR. A genuine interest in data analytics is considered a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, for example in Business Administration or a specialization in human resources.
  • Understand general HR processes and policies.
  • Have excellent people and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Be comfortable working with data, Excel and AI / automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in an international work environment.
  • Have commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must.
  • Fluent in English.
