Job description

The successful candidate will conduct research within the EU-funded E2Packman project on advanced electronic packaging, as a team member of ECTM in Delft, in close collaboration with Dutch and European industrial partners. The role focuses on research in advanced electronic packaging within an international and multidisciplinary environment.

Job requirements

  • Strong research background in one or more of the following: electronic packaging, heterogeneous integration, thermal management, reliability, multi-physics, and multiscale simulation.
  • Demonstrated publication record in high-quality international journals and conferences.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary and international research environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and scientific writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to collaborative research teams.
  • Track record of supervising MSc and PhD students and participation in teaching activities.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
