The Role

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in growing TriGlobal’s client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the full spectrum of business development, from strategy to execution, in an international, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships by providing consistent support.
  • Offer language and administrative assistance to client-facing teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies, expand the prospect database, and manage email campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Contribute creatively to group projects and strategic planning sessions.
  • Support broader business objectives and, when needed, represent the company at international conferences and seminars.

What we’re looking for

We are searching for a driven and adaptable individual who enjoys a challenge and thrives in dynamic, multicultural settings. You are:

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • A current university student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management, preferably in your final year.
  • Strategic in your thinking and commercial in your approach.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Culturally aware and excited to work in an international environment.
  • Quick to adapt, open to change, and eager to grow.
