  • Direct equipment development and process enhancement initiatives, develop long-term manufacturing engineering, platforming and technology strategies, co-define sourcing strategies, and provide technical leadership on highly complex manufacturing processes and industrialization challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with established business processes and manufacturing standards while developing, monitoring, and managing the annual operating and capital budgets to effectively support engineering operations, strategic initiatives, capability building, and future manufacturing growth.
  • Operate as a senior leader within Grooming & Beauty.
  • Provide strategic direction beyond individual projects.

  • Proven track record leading large-scale NPI programs from concept through launch.
  • Experience operating in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with consumer products, medical devices, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, Design for Six Sigma, and operational excellence, including Lean Manufacturing and problem solving.
  • Skilled in design for manufacturing, assembly, and testability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership of decisions and actions, and ability to drive root cause investigations.
