What this role looks like

As Sales Operations Intern, you'll support the systems and processes that help drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to assist in streamlining workflows, optimize Salesforce functionality, and turn data into insights that fuel better decisions.

You’re not just here to watch – you’ll actively contribute by supporting projects that improve efficiency, digitalization, and automation in Salesforce, while learning how Business Development delivers value to a growing business.

Some of your key tasks as a Sales Operations Intern

• Support the Sales team with Salesforce – helping with troubleshooting, updates, and day-to-day operations.
• Assist in building and updating dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Help review workflows and processes to spot opportunities for automation and improvements.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on data checks, audits, and reporting to improve accuracy and forecasting.
• Provide support in documenting processes and creating guides for sales team adoption.
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM best practices and the commercial tech stack.

What you will bring to the team

• Interest in Sales Operations, CRM systems, automation platforms such as Salesforce and N8N; experience is a plus, but not required.
• A background in Business, Data, or Technical studies, or equivalent practical interest or experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, Excel/Sheets, and numbers.
• Curiosity to learn how sales teams operate and how operational processes can make them more effective.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
