About the role

At Dopper, we're on a mission to end packaged water. We challenge Big Water, an industry that's convinced us to buy water in plastic bottles while, for many of us, perfectly good tap water is already within reach.

Building a world without packaged water takes more than great campaigns. It takes thousands of everyday moments where people discover a better choice. That's why our retailers are such an important part of our mission. Every shelf, every display and every conversation is an opportunity to inspire someone to choose tap water over packaged water.

As our Junior Retail Marketeer, you'll make sure Dopper stands out where it matters most. You'll be part of our Brand team, working closely with Sales and Operations to create retail experiences that are inspiring, practical and easy to execute across Europe.

This is a hands-on role where you'll turn ideas into reality. You'll develop visual merchandising guidelines, create shelf plans, update retail toolkits and coordinate seasonal campaigns and product launches. You'll work closely with retailers, distributors and agents, making sure they always have the latest materials, knowledge and inspiration to bring the Dopper story to life.

You'll also organise engaging product and retail training sessions for retail and agent teams, visit stores to gather insights and identify opportunities, and stay on top of trends in retail, sustainability, design, materials and fashion. Everything you do helps create a consistent retail experience that encourages more people to choose tap water over packaged water.

What you'll do

  • Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, shelf plans and retail toolkits.
  • Coordinate retail campaigns, product launches and seasonal activations across Europe.
  • Ensure all retail marketing materials and assets are accurate, inspiring and up to date.
  • Work closely with Operations to coordinate the production, distribution and implementation of retail materials.
  • Support our Sales team by providing retailers, distributors and agents with the tools they need to successfully represent Dopper.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and agents across Europe.
  • Organise and deliver engaging retail and product training sessions for retail staff and agent teams.
  • Visit stores regularly to monitor execution, collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Keep up with trends in retail, sustainability, consumer behaviour, design and materials, translating inspiration into practical retail improvements.
  • Help ensure every Dopper retail touchpoint inspires people to choose reusable and join the fight against Big Water.

About you

You believe brands can change behaviour. You're excited by Dopper's mission and want to help create a world without packaged water.

You're organised, proactive and love getting things done. Whether you're updating a retail toolkit, preparing a training session or visiting a retailer, you take ownership and pay attention to the details that make a difference.

You have an eye for presentation, enjoy following trends in retail and design, and understand how great visual merchandising and storytelling can influence people's choices.

You're comfortable working with colleagues from different disciplines and countries, and enjoy building relationships with retailers, agents and distributors. You don't mind travelling across Europe and you're always looking for ways to improve.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail, Business, Communication or a related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, visual merchandising or another execution-focused marketing role.
  • A passion for retail, sustainability, fashion, design and consumer trends.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Sales and Operations.
  • Experience working with retailers, distributors or retail partners is a plus.
  • Confident presenting and delivering training sessions to retail audiences.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe (approximately 25–40%) - A driver's licence is required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • German is a strong advantage. Additional European languages such as French or Dutch are a plus.
