Help build FrieslandCampina’s next-generation Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platform—the “commercial brain” that improves pricing, promotions and portfolio decisions at scale. As a Technical Product Manager, you partner with the business to translate commercial strategy into a scalable product roadmap and robust data foundation—ready for today’s cockpit insights and tomorrow’s AI agents.

What we ask

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar, with 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including AI Engineering, MLOps, and platform engineering.
  • 10+ years in IT Product Management or Technical Leadership, ideally within CPG/Retail RGM. Alternatively, sector relevant consulting experience is acceptable.
  • Experience building scalable global platforms; ability to think in design patterns which are interoperable; familiarity with the principles of Generative AI and Agentic workflows and how they can apply to commercial process optimization.
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization, collaborating effectively with a Business PO, BG RGM leads and multi-national OpCo leads.
  • Strong grasp of RGM concepts (Price, Promotion, Assortment, PPA, Trade Spend) to ensure technical builds remain commercially relevant.
  • Expert-level understanding of Cloud Data Warehousing (Azure/Databricks), API-led connectivity, and BI architecture.
  • Strategic and product-oriented mindset: makes and implements technical choices that connect engineering decisions to long-term objectives and business outcomes.
  • Change and stakeholder leadership: able to influence, align, and drive adoption across teams and domains through clear communication and technical credibility.
  • Innovation leadership: prototypes and engineers ideas into working solutions, managing technical risk while enabling experimentation and learning.

Vacancy description

  • Own the technical product roadmap (3–5 year horizon) and backlog (features, tech debt, architectural spikes).
  • Convert business “wants” into concrete technical “needs” and a global template with local last-mile configuration.
  • Lead build vs buy choices for RGM modules (e.g., pricing, promotion analytics, PPA) and ensure fit in our SAP/Azure/Databricks ecosystem.
  • Build a harmonized RGM data foundation / single source of truth across retailer feeds, syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) and internal ERPs.
  • Steer delivery with cross-functional squads (data engineers, developers, UX/UI) and ensure global rollout and adoption with measurable usage feedback loops.
  • Familiarity with GenAI/agentic patterns and how they can shift from dashboards to proactive decisioning.
