Are you an ambitious female who can’t wait to have the world at her feet? Do you want to get a taste of Strategy consulting, discover your personal strengths, and connect with a group of inspiring women at Strategy&? This is your chance! On September 24th, Strategy& is again hosting its female event: Strategy& Her ‘Own Your Impact’.

What does the day look like?

We have designed a dynamic, interactive and – most importantly – fun program, focused on female empowerment, personal growth and experiential learning.

We kick off the day at a beautiful location in Amsterdam, where we will welcome you with a brunch while we give you an introduction to Strategy&. Throughout the day, you’ll gain insight into the world of Strategy consulting, participate in activities and experience what it is like being a part of Strategy&. All while acquiring valuable skills to propel your career forward. Additionally, leaders from Strategy& will share their experiences and engage in open discussions. We conclude this empowering day with an informal dinner with Strategy& colleagues.

The day will run from approximately 11:30 until 22:00. (exact times will be announced soon).

Strategy& Her

By participating in this event, you will get the chance to be invited to join our exclusive Strategy& Her community. As a member, you will benefit from tailored training sessions to help you prepare for our application process, and multiple informal networking dinners with Strategy& throughout the year.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious female students who are eager to learn more about Strategy&, and who have recently graduated or are in the final stages of their studies. We select based on academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities. All academic backgrounds are welcome.

• On September 9th, you will hear whether you are selected for the event.
