The F&O Service Specialist ensures continuity and optimal functioning of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and all additional ISV solutions. This includes Medius Flow, AMC Banking, and other ISV solutions to continue meeting the business's wishes, requirements and the agreed performance characteristics. You support colleagues in the business in adopting the new ways of working, using Dynamics 365 with a focus on the F&O module.

What are you going to do in this position?

• You are responsible for the maintenance and support of systems and applications with a clear focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and additional Apps.
• You leverage Service Management practices like Incident, Change and Problem Management to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the systems.
• You work on improvements like automation, new workflows and reporting.
• You provide training and support to key users in the use of the information provision.
• You create and maintain digital documentation and instructional videos.
• You help with evolving the level of maturity of the Service Management practices by identifying and proposing process improvements.
• You help to create and multiply the knowledge within the team.

We are looking for candidates with the following background:

• Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience).
• You bring demonstrable experience in a support role within an international ERP environment, preferably with Microsoft technology.
• You have knowledge of and experience with the most important business processes and products.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or practical knowledge of Incident, Change and Problem Management practices are a plus.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing), Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
• You are based in the Netherlands and entitled to work here.

Where you’ll work

In this role, you will work for the Flow! team based in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. You will report to the Service Manager Business Applications.
