Cars Fleet Manager XL

Check's car fleet is growing fast and the ambition is clear: scale size x15.

As Fleet Manager Cars, you keep an overview of the condition of the car fleet and make sure cars are always available and in excellent shape, so as many users as possible can enjoy a smooth ride. You report into the Operations team and play a key role in a fast-growing part of the business, with plenty of room to take on responsibility as the company grows.

The role

• Monitor the condition of the car fleet daily and identify which cars need attention.

• Keep cars available and well-maintained by closely tracking maintenance needs.

• Make sure problems get resolved quickly by the right person.

• Steer fleet checkers on what needs to happen and where.

• Maintain close contact with garages and the cleaning partner to keep cars in top condition.

• Be the link between teams within and outside Check to solve car-related issues end to end.

• Contribute to internal discussions on improving tooling, so the fleet can be managed even better.

• Think along on process improvements and pick up projects as the fleet keeps growing.

• Always keep the user experience in mind.

Requirements

• HBO or university level of thinking; 1-3 years of work experience.

• You have a helicopter view and can juggle multiple things at once while keeping structure.

• You know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

• You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English.

• Affinity with cars is a strong plus.
