Sourcing Manager

Join Check. as a Sourcing Manager and help keep car operations running at full speed.

In a nutshell

As our Sourcing Manager, you own the full infleet and defleet process for our shared car fleet. From sourcing and purchasing the right vehicles at the right price, to commissioning them as fast as possible, to making sure defleet costs stay minimal: you're responsible end to end.

You report into the Operations team and play a key role in keeping our fleet healthy and cost-efficient. This role is for someone who is commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and knows how to move fast without cutting corners.

The role

• Purchase the right vehicles in the right quantity at the best price.

• Manage the full commissioning process and minimize turnaround time during infleet.

• Handle the defleet process and keep costs as low as possible.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, dealers, and other external partners.

• Monitor fleet intake and exit data and identify opportunities to optimize the process.

• Work closely with operations and finance to align on fleet needs and budgets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in fleet management, procurement, automotive, or a related field.

• You are commercially minded and know how to negotiate.

• You are structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.

• You communicate clearly and confidently, both in Dutch and English.

• Affinity with mobility, logistics, or automotive is a strong plus.
