Metyis is growing and is looking for a Strategy and Execution Manager with 5-8 years of working experience to join the team in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and evaluate project ideas
• Prepare communication such as workshops and presentations for senior executives about ongoing projects, applying a results-driven approach
• Manage client relationships
• Lead projects, guide junior colleagues, and assist them with their work
• Travel based on project requirements
• Have direct responsibility for one or more work streams or projects

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting or a similar background
• Master’s degree with excellent academic results
• Strong team player who is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to think analytically, break down problems, and develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research
• Fluency in English and Dutch
