Senior Solution Architect – Growth Acceleration

As a Senior Solution Architect for Growth Acceleration 0-30, you will help build Rabobank’s ambition to become the leading bank for young people by enhancing digital customer experiences in the Rabo App.

You will work in an environment focused on translating customer behaviour and performance data into sharp insights and informed choices, converting these into scalable solutions with direct impact on customer experience and commercial results.

In multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate with proposition managers, journey experts, UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts and product owners. Together, the teams deliver impact from start to finish: from formulating the right customer question to experimenting, building, launching and continuously improving.

The department works with pace and action, using a clear focus and decision-making space to turn insights directly into choices, actions and results.

You & your role

As a Senior Solution Architect for Growth Acceleration 0-30, you play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience and shaping the digital heart of Rabobank.

To launch the new proposition, many features need to be built by multiple teams across Rabobank. This requires intensive and high-speed architecture alignment with these teams to ensure scalable and future-proof solutions are built under significant time pressure. In a team of several solution architects, you drive change throughout the organisation by delivering architecture guidance.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Drive and align architecture designs needed for 0-30 GA, inside and outside of the Pulse organisation, enabling on-time delivery of everything needed for go-live on a future-proof architecture.
• Act as an expert consultant and lead and inspire your squads to enable craftsmanship and autonomy within your architectural boundaries.
• Guide and monitor solution development aligned to architecture, security and compliance.

Support the architecture processes, governance and quality by maintaining an overview of all open architecture issues and deliverables and driving timely follow-up.

You & your talent

• Senior experience as a Solution Architect in a large, complex enterprise environment, preferably in financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of Rabobank Retail-NL Architecture and organisation is a plus.
• Knowledge of Rabobank tech platforms such as ROP standards, Senses, Angular, Java/Sprintboot, Cloudfoundry, RDS and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinker who can bridge strategy, business needs and technical realization.
• Organisation-sensitive trusted advisor, capable of influencing and aligning stakeholders across domains and driving decision-making.
• Courageous and opinionated, not afraid to defend your architectural vision.
