As Leader in Electronics at Canon Production Printing, you define and realize a clear vision on the Electronics discipline and its contribution to future printer platforms. You operate across system, team, and project levels, shaping architectures, driving development, and ensuring delivery of high-performance electronics within multidisciplinary R&D teams. You actively collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Physics domains to create innovative, high-end printing solutions and accelerate adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital twins.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the Electronics vision and roadmap
• Lead realization of product and project objectives
• Make architecture and design decisions at system level
• Steer and balance performance, cost, energy, EMC, and safety
• Lead multidisciplinary alignment across domains
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and solutions
