We are looking for experienced professionals with 4+ years of industry or consulting experience to join our Amsterdam team at consultant level. We welcome candidates from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. As a Consultant at BCG Amsterdam, you’ll harness your expertise to drive projects, mentor colleagues, and shape strategic decisions. Your analytical foresight, creativity, and leadership will be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions and guiding clients through transformational change—ensuring project results go above and beyond expectations. You’ll serve as a core member of BCG’s consulting team, collaborating with top minds in strategy and management consulting. You’ll advise clients at executive level across industries and topics, helping them improve performance, transform their businesses, and achieve excellence.

What you'll bring

• A master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or industry.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability in critical thinking and solution creation, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Agility to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, articulating strategies and insights with clarity and impact to global clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes.

For digital strategy opportunities, BCG looks for a broad skill set combined with a strong passion for digital and technology. Applicants will initially be considered for a generalist consulting role.
