Your mission is to lead and support the stores, driving commercial performance, profitability, and brand awareness while ensuring operational excellence across all locations. You will develop and motivate Store Managers and their teams, ensuring stores consistently deliver exceptional customer experience, achieve commercial objectives, and operate in line with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support Store Managers in delivering strong commercial results by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs, and implementing action plans to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Regularly visit stores, reviewing commercial performance, operational standards, customer experience, and compliance with company policies, providing training and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage and develop Store Management teams by identifying talent, supporting succession planning, training managers, and ensuring development plans are implemented to build high-performing teams.
  • Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports, identifying opportunities and taking appropriate actions to improve sales performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure stores consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience across all sales channels, supporting omnichannel processes where required.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising teams to ensure product collections are presented in line with company guidelines and that stores maintain the highest standards of brand image.
  • Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventory processes, and merchandise traceability, ensuring product availability while minimising stock loss.
  • Work closely with the Regional Team and cross-functional departments including HR, Visual Merchandising, Omnichannel, Logistics, General Services, and Loss Prevention to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to strengthen the brand and improve commercial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improving store operations, warehouse organisation, and business processes, implementing initiatives that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote an inclusive working environment, ensuring company values, Health & Safety policies, and sustainability commitments are embedded across all stores.

How we imagine you

  • Experience managing retail stores, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience analysing sales performance, KPIs, and financial reports to drive business decisions.
  • Experience managing profit and loss performance and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Flexible to travel regularly between stores.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch.

Travel allowance

You are entitled to a reimbursement of your travel expenses if you live more than 5 km from the store. Reimbursement will be based on the cost of second-class public transport, up to a maximum of €12.60 per day.
