As an Onboarding Specialist at Effectory, you ensure customers are set up for long-term success by guiding them through a smooth, engaging, and impactful onboarding experience.

Ready to help new customers fall in love with our platform from day one?

You play a key role in ensuring customers are set up for long-term success. You will guide new customers through the onboarding process of the employee feedback platform, making sure their first experience is smooth, engaging, and impactful. With your structured approach, technical understanding, and customer-centric mindset, you lay the foundation for lasting customer relationships and product adoption.

You will become part of the Onboarding team and collaborate closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Product, and Tech. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall success.

What you'll be doing

Accelerate the Onboarding Journey

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding.
  • Proactively align with customers on their goals and guide them in setting up their first survey.
  • Own the onboarding plan, track key milestones, and address risks or blockers.
  • Plan and facilitate all onboarding-related meetings, including kick-offs, check-ins, and trainings.
  • Provide tailored training sessions and walkthroughs of the platform’s features and capabilities.
  • Support customers during their “go-live” moment and prepare them for a smooth transition into the results phase.

Set Up for Success

  • Guide customers through their first full feedback cycle, ensuring they are confident using the platform.
  • Coordinate technical needs such as integrations or SSO setup in collaboration with the tech teams.
  • Help customers adopt the product effectively by identifying pain points early and removing barriers.

  • You have solid project management skills and feel comfortable juggling multiple onboardings at once.
  • You work in a structured, organized way and have great attention to detail.
  • You are confident in expectation management, timeline ownership, and holding customers accountable.
  • You are comfortable explaining platform features and navigating basic technical conversations.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy leading customer meetings and trainings.
  • You naturally build trust and can positively motivate customers to stay on track.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
