Finapres Medical Systems B.V. develops and distributes medical devices for non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement and hemodynamic monitoring. What are you going to do?

As a software engineer at Finapres, you will contribute directly to the development of medical devices that are used in research and clinical practice worldwide. You will work in a collaborative environment where software plays a key role in delivering reliable and innovative solutions. You work in a multidisciplinary environment where high-level software interacts closely with hardware and embedded systems.

In this role, you are responsible for product improvement projects, new product development, and validation processes. You also contribute to projects carried out in collaboration with our colleagues at Demcon, where you define and implement technical requirements throughout the development process.

What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative medical devices. You will succeed in this role if you meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in C#/.NET development, with a proven ability to design and build high-quality software;
• Experience in the development of medical devices or similarly regulated products;
• Experience with backend development, API design, CI/CD and Git;
• Affinity with embedded systems or experience in C++ is considered a plus.
• A team player who takes responsibility for their work and supports colleagues when needed;
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment;
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Dutch is considered a plus;
• Pleasant to work with.
