Internship

Change & Communication Global Digital and Technology

“At Digital Enablement, you get the freedom to turn ideas into impact, from first spark to final result”

The internship

Are you interested in Digital Transformation, Change Management and Adoption? During this internship within the Digital Enablement Competence Center, you’ll support initiatives that help teams across Technology, Security & Operations adopt digital tools more effectively, improve collaboration and deliver measurable business value.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the rollout of Digital Enablement initiatives such as learning journeys and the ambassador network
  • Contribute to communication content (presentations, SharePoint, internal messages)
  • Help organize and facilitate workshops and community sessions
  • Collect and analyze feedback (e.g. surveys, sessions) and translate insights into improvements
  • Assist in creating adoption and change communication plans for digital tools and initiatives
  • Observe and contribute to change management practices, gaining hands-on experience in driving behavioral change in a digital environment

Your new team and workplace

You will join the Digital Enablement Competence Center within the Digital & Technology (D&T) department. It’s a relatively new team, focused on helping the organization get the most value out of digital products and ways of working.

The team consists of a diverse group of specialists collaborating across portfolios and functions, supporting teams on their initiatives and accelerate their impact. It’s a dynamic, international environment where you will gain exposure to different parts of the organization while contributing to real initiatives.

During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.

The unique you!

We believe everyone has unique talents, which is why we’re looking for you! Energy, drive and the ambition to grow are what make the difference at HEINEKEN. In addition, you bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferable) program (e.g. Communication Science, Change Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field)
  • You have a strong interest in communication, change management, and improving ways of working within organizations
  • You enjoy translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messages tailored to different audiences
  • You are curious about how change is experienced by people and how communication can support adoption and engagement
  • You are interested in digital tools and how they are used to enable collaboration and transformation
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, or content creation tools is a plus

Even if you feel you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply. An internship is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow!
